Shipping Policy

 

Retail/Boutique orders are typically shipped via UPS. Once we receive your order, your shipment quote is based on the weight of your purchase. If you would like us to inform you of the shipping cost, please leave a note in the “customer notes” section of your order.

 


Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returning Merchandise If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a refund.

Restocking Fee Policy
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of non-defective items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are exempt and may be returned or exchanged without penalty.

 

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

 

Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
